Check out the below video my wife caught of the 1st goal from last night's game. If you didn't know and watch closely the puck actually splits in 1/2
when it hits the crossbar. More video from last night's game to come....

Cool video Jason. That brings up an interesting question. How much of the puck needs to enter the net in order to make it a goal? I realize that all of it
went in, but what would have happened if only half of it went across the line? Is there a rule somewhere that says the whole puck needs to cross the line?

That's a good question. I'm not sure I've ever seen a puck split in 1/2 before as it was going into the net. I'd be willing to take a guess
that it won't happen again!!

Glad you go that on tape the Montpetit fight. Hopefully the league will look at that, Lincolns goalie clearly slashed Montpetit with his stick thru the back of
the net. I could not believe the refs did not see that.
